Great points! I think a key point to being a professional is treating your business as a business. So often trainers are uncomfortable talking about policies and payments with their clients because they fell like they are friends, you may be friends but you are still running a business. Keep it professional and that should help you with the policies and payments.

Trainers are so afraid to be business like. That is why I recommend setting the tone from day one. Yes, you can be friends, but your client must know that you are running a business. That is how you feed your family.

Be clear from day 1 regarding policies. Be consistent!

I think they really need to find a way to market themselves online. Technology makes this world a smaller place and one should take advantage of it
