I absolutely agree! It’s all about business, baby! Fitness, training people, helping people, continuing education….all that’s a given. At the end of the day it comes down to how you filled your day, how will tomorrow stay filled and what about 6 months from now. When you are not actively training people, you need to be working on these things. Advertising, improving your services, expanding your services, encouraging compliance from present clients, etc.. I’ve been in business for myself now for a little over a year. Boy, have I learned ALOT!
Hell yea! I think you should be professional.I am a personal training down here in the bahamas and I always tell the other trainers in the gym its all about business, the way you dress the way you talk to people, you must always have that professionalism in you.
Totally agree….positive attitude,dress like a pro be treated like a pro.. and be organized..
