Positive reinforce the hell out of them.’ I think continuous praise can slowly devalue praise itself… Praise only when deserved (and there’s almost always something to praise…) and in the right amounts can maintain the value of that praise and make it more effective for clients to feel motivated by it… Every client is different. Some thrive on praise, some don’t need it, but everyone likes it….
