Profit By Thinking Out Of The PT Box
I spend a couple of hours Saturday talking about the personal training business with a friend of mine in Marina del Rey, California. I will call him Mr. X until I know it is safe to release his name. Mr. X has been training people for 30 plus years. He has built up one hell of a fitness training business.
How did he do this? Thinking about human behavior, physiology, and thinking outside of the box. This has proved to be very profitable for him.
One of these days I will interview him, and release his name. Mr. X has a very interesting story, and even trained with all the old time muscle greats.
Talk about thinking outside of the box. He trains people for 12 minutes! Yes, 12 minutes, and people are breaking the doors down to work with him. How would you like to make $60 for 12 minutes of work. Not bad, Mr. X!
Most fitness trainers ask clients to pre-pay sessions. I do! Mr. X doesn’t. He has clients pay per session. Once again, he is thinking outside of the box.
I will save the rest for later when I get a chance to interview him. You will be absolutely amazed, and will want to incorporate his secrets into your personal training business immediately! Start thinking outside of the personal training box.
