1) Have your personal training business marketing plan ready to go. In order to be successful in
2009, you must have a PLAN! Without a plan, you are CHEATING YOURSELF!

Look for marketing opportunites to acquire more clients, and find ways to offer more value to your existing clients.

Over-deliver value in your market. Out-market, and out preform your competitors.

Build a list of little things you can do to offer more value to your existing clients.

Ex: Do monthly progress reports, start a fitness newsletter, give them gifts when they reach their goals, etc.

2) Time to have clients set NEW GOALS!

Make sure you sit down with each, and every client in the next week to talk about goals. Have them
