Good Personal Training School

When it comes to picking a good personal training school you must do your research. Yes, I  highly recommend personal fitness trainers receive a formal personal trainer education, especially if they don’t have a bachelors of science in Exercise Physiology, or Kinesiology.

When choosing a personal training school it is important to understand the effort you put into your fitness trainer education will comes back to you income wise in the future.

I recently came across an excellent personal training course  in Orange County, California offered by CNI College (Career Networks Institute). CNI is a vocational school that really focuses on the in’s, and out’s of being a personal fitness trainer.  It is a 48 week course preparing students for the NSCA-CPT personal training certification - one of the best accredited personal trainer certifications available.
